Gran Canaria is known for its sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. Cool and refreshing waters greet you with every plunge you take into the oceanīs waves.

The pleasure felt on our shores is unmatchable. Warm and dry. Transparent and clean. This is what the Gran Canaria coast is all about.

The island has white, yellow and black sand on its coast. There are also numerous rock beaches that are rustic and very beautiful.

Should you plan to visit some of these rocky beaches bring the proper shoes. The rocks can be very slippery if you don't.

Most of the northern coastline tends to be rocky and in the south mostly sand.

The southern part of the island is where most of the tourism is concentrated. It also tends to be drier and warmer year round.
